After quitting sport I haven't been training cardio for a couple of years so should probably for heart health. I think it's pretty alpha to have a RHR in the 30s, let's try ignorantly.
First experiment is 150-200 min of zone 2 training per week (mainly cycling) to see if there's any noticeable drop in RHR within a few weeks.
